MealTime offers a comprehensive training program for all school district personnel including administrators, managers, food service directors, and cashiers. Our training is taylor made for each of our customers. The goal of every MealTime training session is to instill a sense of independence in your staff, so that you are knowledgeable and comfortable enough to add and modify the MealTime system to meet your changing needs - without being dependent upon us.

Training begins with the CLM Trainer importing your students’ information into your new MealTime system, complete with their addresses, homerooms, student ID numbers, Free/Reduced Eligibilities, and any existing account balances students may have on file. Training doesn’t end until your school “goes live”, and the trainer will be there to assist you during meal service and afterwards with your financial reconciliation. In between, your cashiers and other staff will have hands-on experience with the MealTime program, including practice with meal service using the point of sale terminals. Since many of MealTime’s features can be automated, the Trainer will schedule your reports to print, your data to backup daily, and your data to be uploaded to the central office – all automatically
Each member of your staff that attends training will receive a MealTime Training Guide, where they will have the opportunity to take notes regarding all the major functions and procedures in MealTime. These notes form a knowledge base for the school district, allowing your staff to modify MealTime as changes become necessary - throughout the school year and beyond. In addition to unlimited telephone support, The CLM Group offers remote refresher training on subjects of your choice, via the telephone or the web, saving your district from incurring any unnecessary travel expenses. During our 15 years of providing software solutions for school lunch programs, the CLM Group has continually revised and refined our MealTime training program to provide you the best service, with the most efficient use of your time, for the least expense – all in order to meet the requirements of K-12 public school meal programs.
